Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Outdoor Kitchen & Patio, we’re committed to making your delivery experience straightforward and transparent—from order placement to final delivery.

1. Delivery Areas:

We ship to the 48 contiguous United States.
We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada, or international destinations.


2. Shipping Costs & Delivery Methods:

Local Delivery (Within 60 Miles of Our Omaha Showroom)- Orders delivered within 60 miles of our Omaha, Nebraska showroom qualify for free full-service delivery, which includes:

  • Order placement with the manufacturer

  • Assembly at our warehouse

  • Delivery to your address

This is our white-glove local service. No freight surprises, no assembly headaches.

Outside the 60-Mile Radius - Orders shipping outside the 60-mile radius are shipped directly from the manufacturer to your delivery address.

  • A flat shipping fee of $150 applies

  • Some assembly may be required, depending on the product

  • These shipments are handled by third-party freight carriers


3. Freight Delivery Details:

Freight deliveries are curbside delivery only.

  • The driver will deliver to the end of your driveway

  • Drivers cannot carry items indoors

  • Please arrange help to move items to their final location

The carrier will contact you in advance to schedule a delivery window.

Optional services, such as lift-gate delivery or white-glove setup, may be available for an additional fee. Please contact us before ordering if you require these services upon delivery of your purchase.

 

4. Tracking Your Order:

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

Tracking updates may take time to appear after shipment. This is normal and depends on carrier systems syncing. If something looks off, give us a call and we’ll help track it down.


5. Inspection at Delivery (Very Important):

Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery.

For freight deliveries:

  • Be present to inspect items as they come off the truck

  • If damage is visible, note it clearly on the delivery receipt before signing

  • Do not sign a clean receipt if damage is present

If the driver cannot wait while items are unpacked, sign:

“Subject to inspection for concealed damage. Driver would not stay for unpacking.”

Then contact our team immediately for additional instruction. 


6. Damaged Shipments:

If your shipment arrives with visible damage:

  • Note the damage on the delivery receipt

  • Take photos of the damage and packaging

  • Contact Outdoor Kitchen & Patio within 48 hours of delivery

If damage is concealed and not visible at delivery:

  • Inspect items as soon as possible

  • Report damage within 48 hours of delivery

  • Keep all original packaging and provide photos

Failure to report damage within this window may result in the claim being denied by the carrier.

Do not refuse delivery. Refused deliveries are treated as order cancellations and may result in round-trip freight charges plus restocking fees.


7. Custom & Made-to-Order Delivery Timelines:

Custom and made-to-order furniture typically:

Ships 4–6 weeks after purchase

  • Requires an additional 1–2 weeks for final delivery

In total, expect 60–90 days from purchase to delivery, depending on production schedules and seasonal demand.

All delivery timelines are estimates, not guaranteed dates. Hand-crafted furniture and peak-season volume can extend lead times.

Orders placed on weekends begin processing the next business day.

If you need an item by a specific date, contact us before ordering so we can provide the most accurate estimate and discuss expedited options (additional charges may apply).
