Returns & Exchanges Policy


1. Custom & Made-to-Order Purchases:

*IMPORTANT* All custom and made-to-order purchases cannot be cancelled, altered, refunded, or otherwise returned after 48 hours from the original time of purchase. 

This includes (but is not limited to) items with custom finishes, fabrics, configurations, dimensions, or any product manufactured specifically for your order. Once production has begun, the order is locked in. As a result, all sales of custom and made-to-order furniture are final beyond the 48-hour deadline.

2. Standard Orders: 

With proof of purchase, you may request a return or exchange for an eligible item within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for return:

  • Items must be unused, unassembled, unaltered, and in original condition and packaging

  • We cannot accept returns for:

    • Items that have been opened, assembled, altered, or used

    • Custom or made-to-order items

Outdoor Kitchen & Patio does not offer free returns.
Customers are responsible for all costs associated with return shipping, including packaging, freight, and insurance where applicable.

All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
If you choose to exchange an eligible item, a portion of the restocking fee may be waived at our discretion.

If your order was shipped and/or delivered at no charge (including any free delivery or White-Glove promotions). The actual cost of shipping and/or delivery services may be deducted from any eligible refund.

 

3. How to Request a Return: 

All return requests must be initiated by contacting Outdoor Kitchen & Patio directly:

Refunds are processed within one week of receipt and inspection of returned merchandise.
