Ebel Inc. stands behind the quality of its outdoor furniture with a limited warranty that varies by product type. Structural frames in wicker and aluminum collections are covered for up to 15 years against defects in materials or workmanship.

Other components carry shorter warranty terms, and all commercial applications are limited to a 1-year warranty:

  • Wicker & Aluminum Frame Structural Warranty: 15 years
  • Wicker Weave Material: 5 years (peeling, blistering, cracking)
  • Aluminum Finish / Wicker Finish: 3 years
  • Poly Tables: 3 years
  • Fire Pit Burners: 2 years
  • Cushions / Sling: 1 year
  • Recliner Mechanism: 1 year
  • Commercial Installations: 1 year on all components

Shipping & Delivery

*This product is made-to-order, new orders typically ship within 4-6 weeks of purchase.

For deliveries located within 60 miles of our Omaha showroom. We provide full service order placement, assembly, and dropoff free of charge.

For all other orders within the contiguous United States. Your order will be shipped direct from the manufacturer to you after production and a one-time shipping fee of $150 will apply.

Items shipped via 'freight' will be delivered curbside unless an enhanced delivery option is scheduled post payment.
