Gensun Casual outdoor furniture is built for durability and backed by a limited residential warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Structural frames receive long-term coverage, while finishes, fabrics, cushions, and accessory components carry shorter, material-specific warranties.

This warranty covers craftsmanship, not everyday wear and tear, fading, weather exposure, misuse, or lack of proper care. With regular maintenance, Gensun pieces are designed to perform well beyond the warranty period.

For deliveries located within 60 miles of our Omaha showroom. We provide full service order placement, assembly, and dropoff free of charge.

For all other orders within the contiguous United States. Your order will be shipped direct from the manufacturer to you after production and a one-time shipping fee of $150 will apply.

Items shipped via 'freight' will be delivered curbside unless an enhanced delivery option is scheduled post payment.
