We offer service and maintenance of all products we sell. If it can’t be fixed in -house, it will be sent out for warranty service or we will work with you to come to a satisfactory solution.

When we deliver your purchases to your door, our relationship does not end there. We are here for you.

DELIVERY

When you make a purchase from us, you don’t have to load the box(es), take them home and assemble them by yourself. We do this for you-at no cost-as long as you are within 50 miles of the showroom.

Do you want the furniture drop-shipped at your home in another state? This can be arranged for you.

PICK-UP

Do you want to pick up your order? Many people do. We will tell you when to expect it, and will be happy to help you load it up. Should you want the item(s) assembled first, this can be done as well.

FURNITURE

Outdoor Kitchen & Patio proudly provides quality customer service, and that includes standing behind our merchandise. We are committed to do everything we can to assure you that you are happy and satisfied with your purchase.

All the furniture we sell comes with warranties offered and processed by the manufacturers. As part of our customer service, we provide support to assist you with the manufacturer. The claim process is different for each manufacturer with varying requirements and policies and as a courtesy to our customers, we handle the filing of your claim and are your advocate with the manufacturer. You can be assured our best will be done to work things out in the most beneficial way to you.

Manufacturers’ decisions are binding and final in all warranty claims. Most factories, too, hold the customer liable for freight and delivery after the first year.

UMBRELLAS & CUSHIONS

Outdoor Kitchen & Patio will handle your warranty in accordance with the manufacturer’s specification. Such warranties may vary materially from one to another. We will do our best to produce the best outcome possible for you.

All cushions have a one year warranty for normal wear and tear. Fabrics are not warrantied against fading.

APPLIANCES

All grills and products come with warranties. Outdoor Kitchen & Patio will submit claims for those items under warranty. For items no longer covered by a warranty we service what we sell by providing repairs and maintenance for a charge of labor and parts.
